Rebel Marketplace is a community-driven urban farmers market in Aurora, Colorado, dedicated to bringing fresh, locally grown produce and goods directly to the neighborhood. More than just a market, it supports local farmers and small businesses while also providing valuable education on healthy living and sustainable food practices. At the same time, Rebel Marketplace fosters inclusivity, creating a welcoming space where residents can gather, connect, and access nutritious options that strengthen both individual well-being and the community as a whole.

Switchback Coffee Roasters

In 2010, Brandon DelGrosso and a friend set out to create Switchback Coffee Roasters with the vision of sparking a specialty coffee movement in Colorado Springs. At first, they roasted beans humbly in a garage, fueled by passion and determination. However, as their skills and reputation grew, so did their ambitions. Little by little, what began as a small project evolved into two thriving cafés and a dedicated roastery. Along the way, they built more than just a business; through fostering relationships with farmers, engaging the community, and prioritizing quality and craft, Switchback has become a place where connection, excellence, and shared love for coffee come together.

That’s because Full Battle Rattle Deli proudly employs veterans who have completed training through the Culinary Arts Boot Camp for Veterans, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit program dedicated not only to teaching culinary skills but also to providing purpose and opportunity.
